With over 28 years of real estate experience, 10 years as a real estate appraiser and 19+ years selling real estate I have experience with all types of properties from single family homes, estate properties, large acreage properties and horse farms to vacant land. FOR SELLERS: I visit each home and meet with you to see if we are a good match. Once we decide to move forward I bring my Home Stager in to help get your home market ready so we can get the best presentation possible for photos and for showings. This step always translates to more money for you! We also check your home & identify items that may be an issue - things we want to tackle BEFORE an offer comes in.

FOR BUYERS: I will meet with you to get an idea of the type of home or property you are looking for. I will ask you to write down a dream list of the things you want in your next home. When we are on-site viewing homes I have the experience to spot potential problems or issues before we go under contract. I know the market well and I know how to strategize to get the deal done for you. My reputation as a good and experienced agent in our market works well for my Buyers clients. Once under contract I have experienced Inspectors and vendors that will help us make sure there are no issues with the home.

My clients will tell you from our meeting to walking out of our closing attorney's office & after, if you have a need for something to be done at your home I am famous for saying "I have a guy" just ask my clients! I like what I do and I love bringing my experience to each client I have been blessed to serve. Whether you are moving locally or relocating to NC I look forward to working with you!
