I have purchased several pieces of real estate in the past but this time EVERYTHING went so smooth with Julie’s commitment and expertise. She saw things I didn’t notice, and pointed out differences between the properties we saw. She helped me “win” in a multiple-bidding situation and she intervened when paperwork was delayed.
