Julie Leverence, has a depth of knowledge and experience that is unique in the real estate industry. A partner in a successful mortgage brokerage and founder of an independent escrow division, Julie transitioned into sales organically by participating as both broker and principal on a wide variety of real estate transactions. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. A graduate of UCLA, Julie was previously a Vice President in the institutional high yield bond department of Sutro & Co. and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years
