Julie Linhart

Julie has lived in Phoenix for 19 years and has been a realtor for the last eleven. Before moving to the Valley, she spent several years in Television News and Public Relations in Charleston SC, Washington DC, and New York City. Julie is a very firsthand agent who likes to spend a lot of time getting to know her clients and specializes in finding homes for families who are new to the area and want to find the perfect house in Phoenix, Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley.

She is continually active in the community and has an amazing network of resources that adds to her ability to serve clients. Julie’s enthusiasm, ability to listen, willingness to spend time with clients and her knowledge of the market are all what make her unique as an agent. She loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, working out, skiing, and relaxing at the beach. Julie and her husband, Gary, live in Arcadia with their sons, Zach (20) and Matthew (18).
