Julie Lomas

After Julie’s full-time job of 20 years came to a screeching halt last summer when her youngest child flew the coop, Julie knew it was time to focus on herself, and reinvent herself from the “stay at home mom”. While Julie was being a chauffeur, short order cook, tutor, psychologist, team Mom and cheer coach, Julie was also buying and selling real estate with her husband of 22 years. After buying and selling countless homes, she realized that she had both a talent and passion for the whole process: negotiating, buying, flipping, and decorating. It only seemed natural for her to transfer these skills into a formal job.
