Julie, Kevin, and their team at KW were absolutely amazing in selling our home! We had a very tight turnaround as we were relocating out of state for my new job. From the moment we met with Julie and her team, her focus was to reduce as much stress from us as possible, get our home sold quickly, and for a good price. Not only did they deliver on that promise, but our home sold in only a few days with multiple offers, and went thousands above our original asking!! She was with us all the way through closing and always kept us up to date on anything going on with the buyers. Out of the few homes we have sold, this was the absolute smoothest transaction. I would highly recommend Julie and her team!!

This team took us in after working with another agent that didn't understand our urgency and want to by our first forever home. They listened to our desires and within a week found our home and fought so hard to get our offer excepted!!! They made our want and need to own a home....a personal goal of their own. The most rewarding part of working with them....they befriended us and took us in as family. I will recommend and push this team on anyone....as they are the best of the of the BEST when it comes in making your dream of owning a home come true.
