I have been working as a Realtor in the Illinois market specializing in the St. Clair County, Madison & Monroe counties surrounding Scott Air Force Base since 2002. I began my career 20 years ago in my hometown of O'Fallon, IL. What a wonderful way to make a living to help buyers and sellers find or sell their most precious space, HOME! It is a blessing that I am able to stay in one place; although, I am very familiar with military life and moves since I was married to the military for 16 years. I do understand the stress of not knowing where your next home will be but I do feel my experience in empathizing and understanding the stress that can bring on a family, has help ease that situation in the past. I have helped people in all aspects of life, either buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing. I have also help families in selling a family farm that's been in the family for 100 years or military clients that will only be here a few years but wants to purchase and love the house they live in. I have also assisted businesses in finding a commercial "home" in the past as well. Whatever the circumstance, I listen closely to the needs of my clients and act accordingly with patience and understand to what their specific needs are. That's one of the reasons I LOVE doing this job, every client and deal is unique and I never stop learning, growing and LOVING what I do. I also have a wonderful team, The Property Pros, that assist to make every home sale a smooth and seamless transaction and are wonderful backup realtors when needed. We love to travel and see the world with our children. I love to share with them that this world should be explored but that the best feeling is coming HOME, TO WHERE THE HEART IS! I have many success stories of happy clients in happy homes and I hope to continue my career with thousands more!
