Julie Misirian

Julie loves helping people buy and sell homes. Since early in her career, Julie has aspired to be a Realtor and has bought/sold properties in several states for the last 20 years, including co-founding a vacation property business in Naples in 2010. Before moving to Naples, Julie sold real estate for one of the country’s largest realty firms in Illinois and was recognized as a top selling agent.

Julie has clients in Germany, France, Canada, Brazil and the United States. No matter the client’s first language, everyone recognizes her for exceptional customer care. Every detail is well communicated and represented whether it’s establishing a vacation rental, selling a home/condo or listing a home/condo for sale. She is down-to-earth, easy to talk to and very responsive.

She loves living in Naples with her husband and three dogs (Toby, Harley and Bleu). She also has two college aged daughters in the Carolinas. As a licensed Realtor with White Sands Realty, she is excited to help you sell or buy a home/condo in Naples and the surrounding areas.
