David and Julie MORTON are amazing. We were able to purchase our new home in under 24 hours and sold our previous home in under six hours. David and Julie handle all the details and nothing was left to chance. David personally went around with the home inspector to make sure nothing was missed. He was also helpful in finding any needed experts. It is hard to believe that buying and selling a home could be so easy and pleasant thanks to David and Julie. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future when we sell this home.

This woman is absolutely outstanding! It's not like talking to a property manager or somone who wants to take your money and run. She's a good woman who WANTS to help you find the right home. Me and my girlfriend have been looking and stressing trying to find a home and Julie was able to take the time to talk to us about options and is always very quick to find solutions! Im beyond happy with the help she gives and I hope that this review helps her get where she deserves to be in the industry 😄

David and Julie helped me and my fiancee navigate the purchase of our first home. David has a strong command of home/property values and specific knowledge regarding what changes can be made to improve our home to make it ours. Julie was responsive and timely in meeting our requests for various information, documentation, and showing requests. They were very patient throughout our home viewing process as we viewed maybe 10+ locations before finding the one that fit our vision. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dave and Julie Morton, did an absolutely fantastic job in helping us sell our home. The combination of Dave being a home Builder/Realtor, and Julie being a realtor is a dynamic combination, that really fit our needs perfectly. Dave, was able to give us advice on what needed to happen to prepare the home to be sold, as well as Julie providing insights into staging and marketing our home.
