Julie Murphy

Real estate has been a successful career choice for Julie. She specializes in listing and selling, property management and marketing. Julie has achieved the designation of Historic Home Specialist through the National Trust for Historic Preservation. In addition, the New Jersey Association of Realtors has awarded Julie a lifetime membership in the Distinguished Sales Club.

Julie has resided in Cranford for many years and is very familiar with the Cranford/Westfield and surrounding area real estate market. She enjoys assisting newcomers with her detailed knowledge of schools, neighborhoods, recreation, transportation, shopping and more.

Community awareness through volunteerism is an important aspect of Julie's life. She is an active member and past President of The Garden Club of Cranford (1996-present), active member and Trustee of the Hanson Park Conservancy (2006-present), a former trustee of the Cranford Historical Society (1996-2013), and recently appointed to the Township of Cranford's Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB). Julie is a past member of the Cranford Junior Woman's Club (1996-2016) and continues to support and participate each year in the club's fundraiser, "Home for the Holidays" House Tour. In 2008, Julie was the recipient of the "Pride in Cranford" award given by the Cranford Chamber of Commerce to recognize exceptional residents for their dedication to Cranford.
