Julie Olsen

Doug and Julie Olsen are a husband-and-wife team who focus purely on new construction. Doug worked for the FDA and the Coast Guard, while Julie has a background in fashion design and finance. Julie convinced Doug to join her in a promising new career in real estate, and he answered the call. Together they have realized their skills and aspirations, with Doug as the broker and Julie as the agent. “I get a great feeling every time my clients get their primary home,” says Julie. “Because I’m good with numbers thanks to my background in accounting and finance, I’m always helping investors find their best investment properties. It’s extremely rewarding for me personally.” And sometimes, their son and daughter will help out, too. After all, it’s a family affair.
