I heard multiple positive experiences about Julie as a realtor from my family and friends and I can confidently say she deserves the praise. She helped me in both selling my parent's house and purchasing a condo. Every step of the way Julie went above and beyond my expectation from her very proactive nature to quick responsiveness and excellent communication. My parent's were able to sell their house way above the listing price and I was able to secure a really desirable condo purchase!

Julie helped me with the renovation for my parent's house prior to sale and she did all the heavy lifting. From determining what needed repair/renovating to finding all the necessary contractors, materials, and fitting this under a low cost budget for the best return, Julie did it all! She also did a fantastic job with the staging and photographs! In the end my parents were able to sell the house way beyond the listing price!

Julie also helped me secure a highly competitive condominium purchase while beating multiple offers, including cash offer, all within 2 weeks. I was purchasing the condominium for my father and I appreciated Julie's attention to detail and care for my dad's interests and needs. In the end we were able to get the perfect condo!
