Julie is a rockstar! We used her as a buyers agent and she was very well versed in the field and patient. We were originally going to buy and then build and then put on hold and then decided to buy. There are not enough stars and enough space to write about our amazing experience with Keller Williams Real Estate Agent Julie Rischer. We had a short window to complete a relocation from the DC area to KC. From our first call to Julie to discuss our needs, wants and desires she immediately was attentive to fulfilling our every need. When we arrived for our house hunting trip, she had a detailed plan for each day with all the listings we were interested in. She was flexible to any adjustments we wanted to make and was willing to backtrack neighborhoods to ensure we did not miss anything. She possesses very strong communication skills and is a subject matter expert in all things related to the Kansas City housing market. We were able to trust her every intuition when it came to assessing the listings we were considering. When it came time to negotiate and bid for the home we wanted, she was our advocate and worked closely with us every step of the way.
