I’ve been familiar with Julie for many years simply by virtue of community involvement and the professional environments we are in, but had never used her to buy/sell. Julie came highly recommended by several close friends and colleagues when it came time to sell my home. I reviewed her current and recent listings because I’m a stickler for quality listing photos/good descriptions and Julie did not disappoint. The listing photos were AMAZING capturing all of the things I loved about my home, highlighting all the hard work and upgrades that I’d put in, all while remaining true-to-life. We landed a full price offer within a couple days and Julie’s fantastic team kept me updated throughout the process. From contract to closing we were right at 30 days and it was a race to the finish for me to get personal belongings out BUT, even then, Julie truly went above and beyond to make sure we closed without a hitch. I could not recommend her any more highly. Thanks Julie!

Julie had my house on the market within days of are first meeting. She has a great team working with her that made this an exception sales experience. She had a photographer come to the house who did a wonderful job. Also Susan , with the title company, and Nessy who made sure I didn't forget anything. It was by far the best experience I've had selling a home.
