Julie Sims

Hello! Julie Sims is a realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Mesa Gilbert office in Mesa, Arizona. Julie earned her real estate license in 1994 and has attended many hours of real estate classes and seminars which have helped her gain extensive knowledge on how to assist buyers and sellers through the entire process of buying or selling a home. Julie specializes in the local areas of the East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gold Canyon.

As an Arizona native and attendee of Arizona State University, Julie understands how important it is to know the real estate market. Julie also understands the importance of being able to listen to what the client is saying and sometimes what they are not saying, and she strives to give excellent customer service to all her clients. Julie has gained enormous knowledge in our everchanging market as well as experience in negotiating contracts for both buyers and sellers. Julie always makes sure her clients understand they can trust her and she will always have their best interests above everything.

Julie's mother, Linda Sims, and she work as a team and together they give 300% to their clients.
