We were new to the Elkhart area, and currently living in a different state. Julie was so helpful and patient with us as we learned about the different areas and considered different houses. She was always available to answer our questions. During the buying process, she was always on top of things and made the whole experience go smoothly. In addition, she's kind, warm, and caring and was great fun to look at houses with. I would recommend Julie to anyone I know. Next time we need a realtor, she will be the first one we call.

I have to say, I am so glad Julie Thatcher came into my life!! I can’t remember who referred me to her the first time, but I wish I could because I need to thank them. My husband and I are currently working with Julie on buying a new to us home. This will be the THIRD home I have had the pleasure of working with Julie to buy. She works round the clock, always answers my questions (and I always have A LOT of questions), and doesn’t just try to make the sale. We have walked through a few homes with her and she will always point out the flaws, but leaves it up to us to make the final decision. She’s not in this for the money, she truly cares about her clients and wants to ensure they find a a place that works for them to call home. She has bent over backwards, and has even used some of her commissions to pay for “little things” that could potentially become “big problems” in the future. I could go on and on, but I’m not sure how many characters Google reviews allows 😂
Just know this, choosing Julie Thatcher as your realtor, whether you are selling or buying, will be one of the best decisions you will EVER make!! She’s not just my realtor, she is truly my friend.
