With over 8 years of real estate sales experience and 15 years of real estate investing, they've seen many market cycles and know how to navigate in any circumstance. Prior to becoming real estate professionals, both Carl and Julie worked for almost 4 decades with various Wall Street banks and brokerages, first in California (Julie) and New York City (Carl and Julie). They are now empty nesters, enjoy the outdoors and really love helping clients find "what moves them".
