Julie Vega-Dominguez

A Florida native and an accomplished broker associate, Julie Dominguez brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to Premier Sotheby's International Realty. The founder of two boutique real estate firms in the Orlando area, she has been an Orlando resident since 2005.

Julie has been nominated for the Orlando Business Journal's "Women Who Mean Business" award twice and has been a top producer since she began her real estate career in South Florida - marketing luxury properties for a leading developer and a national real estate company. In August 2019, Julie was named a Top 100 Latino Agent by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Since 2002, she has made her mark in the world of real estate as a multimillion-dollar producer with a portfolio that includes high-profile customers, developer sales, commercial transactions, multifamily asset management and sales of over $250 million. With expertise in media, marketing, advertising, relocation and sales team oversight, Julie offers a full range of real estate services for buyers and sellers.

A dedicated REALTOR®, she works tirelessly to develop long-lasting relationships built on a solid foundation of trust. Julie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, Orlando Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of Professional Women. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative, has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification.

Outside of real estate, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves boating, experiencing new restaurants and is a self-proclaimed wine connoisseur. Julie has a deep appreciation for classical music and is proud to watch her son play violin for the University of Central Florida. She is equally delighted that her daughter graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College with a double major in communications and critical media. Julie is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
