Julie Winger

Trained in Music Business & Sound Engineering at The University of Colorado, and Acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, Julie spent a couple of years behind the scenes at the Denver Center Theater, and many years in front of the scenery in Hollywood, before tackling the intriguing world of Real Estate Sales!
Now in her 17th successful year in sales, Julie is a third generation Colorado Native who truly enjoys sharing her broad knowledge of Denver’s neighborhoods, history, and Real Estate market with longtime Denverites, as well as those who are considering making our wonderful city their home. One of her favorite things to do is to give new Denver buyers a grand tour of the city to start the process of selecting the right neighborhood for their needs.
Julie is well known for her integrity, skill, and competence in guiding clients through transactions, both home sales and purchases, and especially her ability to make the process pleasant for her clients. She has garnered many accolades in her time in the business including the Five Star Realtor Award 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017; The Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award 2005, 2006, 2007, The Kentwood Real Estate 10 Million Dollar Club 2011-2017 and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Million Dollar Round Table 2003-2017, and the Morgan/Winger Team is the number one Sales Team in the Kentwood Cherry Creek Office for 2017, and was also number one in 2014 and number two in 2015. The Morgan/Winger Team also had three of highest sales for the whole Kentwood Company in 2017.

Ms. Winger has been a longtime volunteer for and supporter of children’s causes, including the Denver Public schools, especially the Denver School of the Arts, ASAP (The African School Assistance Project), AMP the Cause, Invest in Kids, Friends of Manual High School, Smile Train, and Shining Hope for Communities. She still enjoys singing and acting when she can squeeze it in!
