Julien represented us as the buyer in our recent home purchase. He was excellent. He made several trips to mountain resort locations to show us houses before we found the house we ultimately purchased. He explained the paperwork and the title process, accompanied us to inspections, and was responsive to our questions. I highly recommend him and will use him again if we are ever looking to buy or sell a property.

We live in The Chicago suburbs and wanted to buy a property in The Riverside or San Bernardino counties in California. We contacted Julien because he was a realtor working in that area. We found a house for sale in Redlands and Julien was the realtor. He immediately contacted us and gave us all the necessary information. Later , we were interested in other properties located at Loma Linda . Julien started working with us, (always on line), trying to get the house for us. He was keeping us informed step by step and organized a virtual tour so we could see the house. When we decided to place an offer, Julien was very helpful in guiding us about the best way to negotiate (California style) the offer. After few days our offer was accepted and we were able to buy the house. Julien was always answering our calls and questions no matter the time or day of the week. We were lucky to have found a realtor so proactive , responsive, and professional like him. We definitely recommend him to any person who is looking for a successful Real Estate deal….Tks Julien
