Julio E. Camacho was born in New York, where he was raised by two loving parents and has one sibling, a younger brother. He is happily married and have been with his wife for over 20 years. They have two beautiful children and a third furry child (miniature schnauzer named Evie). Julio and his family enjoy traveling, going to all types of sporting events, offshore fishing, camping, and they love watching movies. Prior to his Real Estate life, he dedicated 25 years to the retail industry, thirteen of those years with the Ralph Lauren organization in upper management. He has been living in Central Florida for 29 years and he has seen firsthand the vast changes that have transformed Orlando into one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. He brings a vast experience of over 20 years in customer service to Coldwell Banker. With exceptional customer service and a keen eye for potential, He has successfully specialized in real estate. Everything from buying, selling, investing, vacant land, luxury homes, condominiums, multi-units, relocations, 1031 tax exchanges, short sales, and foreclosures are within my specializations. Having a partnership with Coldwell Banker, which has brand recognition across the globe and is a proven industry leader, has allowed him to be successful in all aspects of real estate. Julio concentrates most of his efforts in the Central Florida region but will have available resources outside of this area if requested.
