We already had confidence in choosing Julio, because we knew him from church. He kept us at ease, was very pleasant to work with, and very shrewd on the business side when it came to getting us the highest price for our house we were selling. The whole process was as non-stressful as could be and I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We’re 1/2 way through the buying process with Julio, currently waiting on a new build and/or finding that forever house.

Julio has been friendly and nice through this process. He’s dealt with our reluctance to list and sell without finding a house, he’s hooked us up with business friends/partners for making our house top notch for this selling market, and he’s been flexible (even up at 3am) sending houses our ways.

We’ll update this review once we finish the second half of the process (buying/building a house, and listing our current house).

Highly recommend Julio.
