We were trying to sell a home by owner with no success. We spoke to Julio on a Wednesday evening and he had new pictures and a great write up on MLS by Thursday afternoon with multiple viewings planned. Lucky for us the very first appointment on Friday afternoon made an over asking offer and we took it. Julio's help didn't stop there. It was awesome to have him navigate all of the inspections (home, well, septic) and all of the paperwork. Julio is amazing!

Helping an elderly parent sell their home of 40+ years can be a very stressful experience - especially when you live out of town and are not physically there to be of support. Julio Moncada was recommended to me by a friend and colleague. She had had good experiences with him as she sold one house and bought another. Mr. Moncada was patient as I made the decision to sell my house but decided not to purchase another in Virginia but move to North Carolina closer to my oldest son. He gave me plenty of advance warnings of showings that let me rearrange my schedule to be away from home. His advice was invaluable when it came to deciding whether or not to accept an offer. He became a very good friend. I recommend him highly.
