Hi I’m Julissa!

I got into Real Estate thinking I would help myself be a more informed property owner and investor. I never dreamed that I would find myself building a rewarding business around empowering others to build towards their best lives!

I got into real estate first as a buyer/investor. A little back story; in 2015, I had just come back to Minnesota after spending about a year and a half in Peru wrapping up my degree in International Business. I was starting a new corporate position and planned to get an apartment with my sister. That was when my mom presented me with an alternative. She said that if I moved home, I could live rent-free and set aside funds to purchase a duplex. The plan was to live at home for 1-2 years but 9 months later, in 2016 I was closing on my first investment property! Soon after, in 2017 I got my real estate license and at the beginning of 2018, I became a full-time REALTOR.

What I love most about my job is easy, it’s the people I have the privilege of meeting, working with, and knowing because of the work I do. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I have the very best clients and I work the the most wonderful partners. Design, marketing, and touring beautiful homes is just a bonus.
