Sigh** Where do I start?! 10 plus open houses, 20 plus private showing and a month in. June, and her team has been an absolute god send throughout my search for my first home. There wasn’t a question that went unanswered. They responded too late texts, worked on weekends, holidays, and between vacations. Working with June has been such a blessing to myself and my partner. We were both new to home buying and are very inquisitive individuals. June has been extremely patient with us and educated us along the way. She is super personable and easy to converse with. There wasn’t a question I didn’t feel comfortable asking her and I knew if she didn’t know the answer she would find it. To make it even better she always explained things in a way in which someone uneducated on the topic would understand…..all the way from looking for a home to questions about the mortgage process. June always makes herself available for viewings or general conversation/questions. If she isn’t available she is always able to have someone stand in for her being sure to never pause your process.

Respectfully.... Mrs. June Brown in prior military formation, has provided me with the up most respect, professionalism, and education during my search for a home. My experience with her guidance was with ease, and effortless; coming from a first time home buyer. The comfort in rendering trust in her ability to lead the way was a blessing of an experience. I have had several realtors that I worked with in this process. All experiences were vital yet, June had exceeded them all. In two months, I was under contract. June is not just a regular "realtor" she's an educator in the field of realtors and her realtor focus is also targeted to serving those that has served this country. My husband & I had a great experience with Ms. June Brown. We are not first time home buyers, this was our third home. Working with June was easy. She is very pleasant and truly seeks to understand what her clients wants and needs are in a home. Purchasing a home in the current market was no easy task. We lost hope a few times, BUT June did not. She was determined to find us a home and she did just that. We were able to find a home in a great neighborhood, with excellent school districts (I am a teacher and this was important to me), lots of shopping and activities within a 10 mile radius for our family. There was no need to compromise on any of our wants/needs in our home. June's level of professionalism is unmet! Everyone that she recommended to us, lawyers, inspectors etc were all professionals and did an excellent job for us. June stuck with us throughout the entire process and even after closing. She has been gracious and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend June for all real estate needs. She is definitely a rare gem!
