Junessa Epperly

Junessa Epperly is a native of Virginia, born in Covington, VA. She Attended and Graduated, with Dean’s List Honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Elon College in 1990. After graduation she served as a counselor at Boy’s Home in Covington, VA. After moving to Williamsburg, VA, she pursued a marketing career and served as Activities Director for a world-renowned time share resort for ten years. In 2000 she relocated to Warrenton, VA and entered the Weichert School of Real Estate. After graduation, she attended the Weichert Real Estate Fast Track Program and immediately began successfully marketing and selling properties throughout the Northern Virginia Metropolitan area. While in Warrenton, she gained experience and expertise in a fast-paced market and sold millions of dollars in properties. In the year 2005, she was privileged to relocate to beautiful Augusta County giving her the ability to provide the needed daily care to her parents. She also instructed art to hundreds of children at Stuarts Draft, Wilson, Guy K. Stump and Beverly Manor Elementary Schools. She has been intricately involved in all aspects of volunteering and school fundraising through PTA, serving on the PTA board as Vice President of Ways and Means. She has volunteered for many after school events including instructing Gifted and Talented Art Students and designing multiple sets for school programs and plays. She is very excited to have the opportunity and privilege to return to her passion….assisting people in successfully selling existing properties or relocating to properties that can be called ‘home!’
