When our active duty Army son decided to sell his Hinesville, Georgia, home during a deployment, we did not know where to turn. Since we live thousands of miles away, we felt very powerless and knew that we had to have someone that was experienced in the area and the military and was also willing to be willing to go the "extra mile" to act as a surrogate caretaker for the property should the need arise. After interviewing several real estate brokers, we found Junior Matthews and feel so blessed to have chosen him. He was more than an agent for us: He was someone that we could lean on for answers to many questions about the area; about ETS'ing; about selling a home via POA and remotely... he was always, always there for us and our son. When it came time to sell our house my wife and I decided to go with Junior Matthews. We have personally know Junior since 2009 and knew the type of person he is. He is one of the most trustworthy and genuine people you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. It made our decision to have him sell our house easy. From start to finish Junior was present, attentive and transparent in all transactions and steps that took place during the pre sale and sale. We could not have asked for a better realtor or better outcome. Our home sold within days of taking pictures, there was no unnecessary stress or frustration with open houses or showings. He answered all our ridiculous questions and was able to calm our nerves as needed. Selling your home and moving is one of the most stressful things ever Junior was able to make it painless, seamless and honestly a somewhat enjoyable experience. We would 100% recommend Junior to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the south east GA area.

Junior has been a blessing for us being first time home owners. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was flexible, knowledgeable, and always put our best interest first. He worked extremely hard, and was available for us to contact regardless of the day or time. We did not live near the area where we were buying, so at times he was our ears and eyes, and always brought forth honesty in everything he did. We closed on our home recently and even till the very end he still provided the absolute best customer service and it is without hesitation that I would recommend Junior to any of my loved ones. Junior truly is the best! There’s no words to describe how easy he made selling our home. The entire process was stress-free…I know it sounds too good to be true but it is. He has great communication skills and that was key to making the process so easy for me. The house he sold for us is in a state we no longer live in, so I was very concerned about the process. He made sure the house was ready for showings, he took care of every detail to get it ready for the market after having tenants in that home. Literally, I feel like I didn’t move a finger. He did it all and my house went under contract in less than a week.

He was extremely responsive and proactive with any questions we had and often provided us with answers we didn’t even know we were looking for. Due to Covid and military requirements we selected and purchased our home entirely remotely. Choosing Junior was the absolute best decision we made when buying our home. Throughout the whole process, he made sure we were getting the best. He found us the best lender, the best local inspector, and a great closing attorney. Junior pushed in every way to make sure we got the best deal, and he went out of his way to make everything perfect and easy for us while we were purchasing (especially since my husband was deployed). There are so many great things we could say about Junior as a realtor! From the beginning of the selling process to the closing, he was incredible. He was very responsive to our texts when we had questions. Any information he received, he immediately passed on to us. At one point during the process, we had been out of town for a few weeks and I was worried about how the house looked. Junior drove all the way across town just to check on the house for us. He is the nicest realtor you will work with! He made the sell process just completely stress-free! And the best part.... he had our house sold in less than 2 months!
