Junus Perry

Junus began his career in the real estate 1991. While working as a Realtor he developed a strong desire to improve his community and began a second career in law enforcement. Junus became a deputy for the Kings County Sheriff’s Department in Hanford, California. During his law enforcement career, Junus assisted in the development of a community project assisting families in South Hanford, curing some of the blight that had plagued the area for many years. When an opportunity later arose to work for the Fresno Police Department in Fresno, California, Junus soon found himself back home in the community where he grew-up. Through his hard work and determination, he was quickly promoted to a detective and had various special assignments. Some of his many responsibilities included writing search warrants, orchestrating stings related to crimes of moral turpitude, street level narcotics purchases and officiated on oral boards for the recruitment of new officers and police cadets. His many experiences made him uniquely qualified to write policy and procedure and assist the Fresno Police Department’s attorney with day to day activities associated with the department.

Because of his dedication to his community, Junus received a National Award of Valor from the National School Police Officer’s Association, the California Presidential Award from the California School Police Officer’s Association, and the prestigious Van Meter award for being injured in the line-of-duty from the Fresno Police Department and numerous commendations for his outstanding performance as a police officer.

Junus retired from his career in law enforcement due to injuries sustained in the line of duty. He now dedicates his time to assisting families, companies and individuals achieve financial security through investments in real estate.
