Justin Baker, one of Arizona’s top-producing real estate agents and previous managing partner in The Laughton Team, is passionate about Arizona’s growing real estate market and is committed to staying current as the market evolves. With more than 22 years as a Realtor, he has achieved a record of exercising ethical and moral values that complement his strong mid-west work ethic formed growing up as an Indiana native. It’s not surprising that Justin is consistently in the top echelon of Realtors nationwide. Justin draws on a wealth of knowledge he earned by selling 1,000s of properties on behalf of owners and buyers and relies on his record of negotiating, marketing, and building confidence. His expertise includes certifications in three key areas, the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). He presents a thoughtful, energetic manner in dealing with people, and the agents he has trained and mentored enjoy very fulfilling real estate careers. His accomplishments include multiple years in the RE/MAX 100% Club, four-time Gold Award, two-time Double Gold Award, and one time Quadruple Gold Award winner from Keller Williams International, placing him in the top 1 percent of real estate teams. Maricopa County listed him and his team as top 1 percent of real estate agents. He has also taught a prelicensing course at Phoenix College and served as a board member in the Arizona Association of Realtors and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. After graduating from Northern Arizona University, Justin married Arizona State University graduate Pamela Etchells, who is one of Arizona’s premier mortgage bankers, so talk about real estate sometimes extends to the dinner table and beyond. They have two boys, Austin, 19, and Jackson, 16, one English Labrador Retriever, one German Shepherd, and one cat.
