Justin Cook is simply the best. No doubt, all of his clients will agree. Justin recently represented us in two transactions. The sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We still don’t know how he did it but we received top dollar (sale price exceeded what we thought possible) on our home and some of the most favorable rent-back terms imaginable. Icing on the cake, our home was under contract before we originally planned on listing it. To further illustrate just how professional Justin is, our new purchase was the home of some of our mutual friends (friends of ours and friends of Justin). Talk about being put in an awkward position. Again, all parties are very happy with the terms of the transaction. We honestly couldn’t have had a smoother experience with either transaction. Everything from lending to close of escrow was seamless. We can confidently refer all our friends and family to him and know, without a doubt, that they are in the right hands. Thank you Justin!

I don’t usually leave reviews but we have been so impressed with Justin! We are relocating out of state and had to put offers on houses we had never seen before in an area we had never been to. Justin walked through the houses we were interested in, sometimes hours after they came on the market, and sent detailed videos to us. He had so much knowledge of the different neighborhoods that we didn’t feel nervous when the time came to put an offer on a house! He is extremely responsive, moves quick, and knows how to negotiate. We were competing against many over asking price offers on the home we purchased and through some creative negotiating on his part he was able to get our offer accepted at a price we felt comfortable with! 1000% would recommend Justin as a realtor! He’s the best!

We had the sincere pleasure of working with Justin Cook of ReMax Solutions for the sale of our Tempe, AZ home this year. Justin came highly recommended by another Realtor (in another city) who I also hold in the highest regard. From the moment we spoke with Justin, he was outstanding! Our sale was somewhat unique as we were no longer living in the state. His prompt response to any calls/texts/emails sent was very reassuring. We always felt like a priority. His network of professionals related to the sale were endless (e.g. gardeners, electricians, HVAC, staging, etc). Every contractor to whom we were referred was also prompt, courteous and did excellent work. Of interest, the consistent comment from each of the subs we worked with said the same thing “You are in great hands with Justin, his homes sell FAST, for the highest price!!! We did not need Google, we had Justin Cook!!! He clearly knows his marketplace very well and provided clear concise guidance when we needed it. We took his advice, priced the home right and had multiple full price plus offers the weekend of the listing. He brought the best buyers to the table from which we were able to choose. The deal was done and the money was in my bank in less than 30 days :-) We were thrilled!

I recently bought a house with Justin Cook as my realtor. Justin made himself available just about every day of the week and came out as needed, at just about any time. I found Justin to be very patient and knowledgeable. With that said, very experienced, giving great information from that. Most importantly, when the time came for negotiations, he is very calm cool and collective but don't let that fool you, he can hold his place in the ring and get what's needed done when at all possible. He was there till the end and still responds to me. If I ever go to market again, I will definitely reach out to Justin!!!

We were moving from out of state and he went over and did some maintenance on the property (which was vacant) to make sure it was ready for us. We were moving from Texas to Gilbert and Justin did a great job of helping us with a house in the neighborhood we wanted! He was able to do everything for us remotely using FaceTime, phone calls, and Marco Polo to see the house and guide us through the process. Answered all of our questions super quick! Somehow got the sellers to choose us over a cash offered, amazing! Justin also allowed us to text him with any questions we had which made the experience great for us as first time home buyers with lots of questions! 100% recommend Justin with your next home!

Since I had not sold a house in many years and I was an absentee homeowner, choosing the right realtor was critical. When interviewing realtors, Justin stood out as he was well prepared, extremely knowledgeable, and very realistic in his approach to selling. His recommendations on staging modernized the house and the professional photography immediately attracted buyers. We were able to entertain multiple offers and sell for top dollar within four days. This guys is awesome! Extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, and dedicated. We met with Justin for about an hour before putting our house on the market. He came prepared with several comparables and explained in simple, straightforward terms what our house should sell for. He also toured our home and gave recommendations on what needed to be done for it to show well and sell for asking price. After spending a week getting our home ready, we went out of state (previously planned trip) I while Justin showed our home. It sold in 2 days! When we returned, our next-door neighbors said there was a line out the door and down the street of people waiting to get in to see our home. This wasn't a fluke. Justin did everything behind the scenes to pre-market our home, and there was a frenzy once it hit the market. Don't go with anyone else! Oh...and we received 15% more than the next highest "quick offer" buyer (i.e. Offerpad).

Justin is the best realtor we have ever used, we have moved 8 time in the past 5 years and this was the best experience because of him. We were referred to Justin through a friend and she was spot on best realtor in the state.
He grew up here and knows this area of Arizona so well that his insight on certain areas and things we were looking for was indispensable! We used Homie to sell in Utah and Justin to buy in Arizona and even with the saving we cold have if and when we sell this home here in AZ we will use Justin!
He is a good person, father, Husband and really cares. He negotiated the price over 20k down from where the builder was at. He spent multiple days looking at over 30 properties and we loved his persistence in trying to find what we liked and understanding us as a family.
