Justin DeCaro

Justin is widely recognized by his colleagues and management at First Team Real Estate as being a true up and comer in the real estate industry. Justin has 8+ years of experience in the industry, and he is on a team with 22+ years of service. Justin’s first experience in the real estate world was when he started passing out flyers and putting up signs at the age of 14. His curiosity led him to be more interested in the real estate profession, and to pursue it as a career. Justin earned his real estate license and Realtor designation in 2018. Justin has been an integral member of the Danny Murphy & Associates Team since 2014, where he has learned every aspect of the business.

As an Orange County native, Justin brings extensive familiarity with the communities that we serve, as well as the increasingly important market perspective of the up and coming generation. Justin has an unmatched work ethic which has helped him master the systems and tools required to provide exceptional service to our Clients. Justin has closed and/or assisted in the sale of approximately $175 million in residential, estates and multi-family real estate transactions across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside County. The team has closed approximately $300 million in transactions and is ranked in the top 1% of agents in Orange County and the United States.

Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology at the University of California, Irvine in 2021. Justin is continuing his education and will be graduating with his MBA degree from Cal State University of Long Beach in 2024. When not serving clients, you can find Justin volunteering with beach cleanups, mountain bike riding, hiking, or getting his hands on home improvement projects.
