Based in NW Seattle, Justin Gazabat serves clients in all of the greater Seattle and Eastside locations. What makes Justin's approach different is he focuses on services that increase the value of his seller clients' homes while reducing the stress of the whole moving process. His Next Steps Concierge Method is a proven repeatable system that gets you the most money for the sale of your home without all the hassle, headaches, or upfront costs of repairs or renovations.
Justin believes that people deserve to live their best life, and he knows that so much of that has to do with where they live; their neighborhood, the school district, their commute, whether they are moving into a bigger home for a growing family or downsizing so that they can travel more worry less. Justin is focused on building and developing strong communities and he works to connect folks to places they love most. It just so happens that he does that by helping people buy and sell real estate.
Justin is a third-generation broker, both his grandmother, and uncle were both Brokers, and his father was a general contractor – Justin grew up in the industry. From open houses as a toe-headed toddler with his grandma to prepping renovating homes with his father. He has been working in every aspect of real estate his entire life.
Since 2014, Justin has trained top-producing agents and teams; codified systems processes that produce real-world results, all while working to have influence and impact on sales professionals of all types through rigorous coaching. He works hard daily to help small business owners – grow a prosperous business on their terms while simultaneously balancing — and loving — their personal lives.
Outside of real estate, Justin is working to become a more avid hiker. He has had the privilege of hiking and backpacking in some of Washington’s most remote areas and looks forward to exploring more of the area’s best wilderness.
The bottom line is that Justin wants to make your sale and search for your Seattle area home as fruitful and easy as possible.
