Justin Geisenberger

Justin Geisenberger, CCIM; Sr. VP, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) whose main area of focus is on sales and leasing of industrial, office, and investment real estate. Licensed as a real estate agent since the age of 19, Justin initially began his career as a residential agent, but quickly made the change to commercial real estate at the age of 21 after realizing that he preferred working with businesses, investors and entrepreneurs.

The main focus area of his practice is helping business owners with their real estate and facility decisions, whether buying, selling, or leasing. Justin particularly likes helping investment clients acquire income producing properties, using his CCIM skills in financial analysis and site selection to evaluate opportunities. He is highly skilled in finding off-market properties to meet a client’s needs and in 2022 achieved a sales volume of $25 million.

In addition to his CCIM education, Justin attended Millersville University and is a graduate of the Leadership Lancaster Program. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council and is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. Justin lives in Lancaster County and can often be found dining at one of the many downtown restaurants. He is an avid golfer, skier, and loves to travel.
