Justin has been a long-standing member of the National Association of Realtors® with nearly a decade of experience in sales and management. As an agent, Justin specialized in new construction, working with many local builders; first-time home buyers; and multi-family investment homes.
After 5 years in sales, Justin took on the role of Managing Broker for a top office at a nationally recognized brokerage. During this time, he expanded the office’s portfolio to include North Carolina and commercial sales. It was in this role that Justin realized he loves leading others to succeed in real estate. Having served in the role of Managing broker for 4 years Justin took the plunge with his business partner to start his own brokerage.
Although not a native to Hampton Roads, Justin has lived in the 7 cities since 2006 when he was admitted to Old Dominion University. After graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Justin accepted a management position with one of the nation’s largest banks. He served in that role for 2 years prior to obtaining his real estate license in 2013.
What Justin loves most about his job: analyzing, strategizing, and overcoming obstacles on the path to his agent’s and client’s success! Another incredible aspect of real estate is that it is a relationship business which often leads to lifelong friends. Justin is an introvert at heart, although anyone you ask will disagree with him, and real estate has afforded him the opportunity to meet and work with so many amazing people.
