A fourth generation floridian, Justin Mercer was born in Melbourne, FL, raised in Lakeland, FL, and has called the Greater Tampa Bay area home since 2006. At the age of eighteen years old, Justin Mercer passed the state real estate exam becoming one of the youngest licensed sales agents ever in the state of Florida.
