Where do we even begin! Kailey was amazing from the start. She wanted to know all of our expectations and wants in a house, community, school system, job market, and so much more. She had all the answers and if she didn’t she dug deep and researched and made sure to get back with the info requested within 24 hours. She had an awesome website that had a collaboration center that would push listings that met criteria and if she thought one popped out more than the other that would meet our every “want and need” she would text right away to make sure we saw it. She was so efficient with scheduling showings (whether they were in person or on facetime since we were out of town) and we had no worries not seeing a property in person because she was on the other end of the phone knowing exactly what we wanted. Not only was she a super informative and helpful ROCKSTAR during the hunt for a house, but when it came to actually getting offers in, closing, and all of the paperwork she was an absolute BEAST (in the most complimentary way possible). She made sure that we had every T and I crossed and dotted and if we needed help with any of the lingo or language of real estate she had no issue explaining in layman’s terms because she wanted us to be comfortable and confident in every aspect of the home buying process. We can’t sing her praises or recommend her enough. On a scale of 1- 10 she was a 15. We were so lucky to happen upon her and I hope everyone else can have the same luck. We are so happy with the experience and the amazing new life we are starting thanks to Kailey.
