Kaitlin Willhoit

A Southern California native who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science at Chapman University—while also managing her husband’s Construction company and raising their two children, Kaitlin is one of coastal Orange County’s most diverse real estate agents. With Kaitlin's extesive experience in finance, sales, marketing, project management, and design consulting, she stresses the importance of treating every transaction with the utmost attention and performs extensive research, problem solves and uses strategic marketing for every client.

Having worked in the residential construction industry for most of her career Kaitlin was naturally submerged in real estate and excels at building relationships with her clients and helping them with major life decisions; such as buying or building their dream home; as well as selling their home.
