Kaitlyn is well polished, aggressive and she stays positive. She contacted us because she had seen we unsuccessfully tried to sell a rental house a few years back. She helped us understand the unique selling opportunity of the market, helped us relocate our tenants, staged, and sold all within 75 days for a premium on the sale price. She also stayed very calm and positive through a few small bumps during inspection. We will definitely use Kaitlyn if we buy or sell any more property in QA.

We recently worked with Kaitlyn to sell our home in Centreville, MD. From our first meeting we knew we were in excellent hands. Kaitlyn was knowledgable, professional and incredibly responsive. When buying or selling real estate, responsiveness of your agent is probably the most important thing, and Kaitlyn is heads and shoulders above most when it comes to this. She was also very upfront and honest, traits that are critical in her field. She was knowledgable about the market, the contract and was able to negotiate to make the deal go smoothly. She also staged our house and I can't imagine it looking better than it did. All around excellence. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn.
