Kaitlyn Foreman

Katie relocated to Colorado in 2012 where she received her BS in Architecture and Planning from CU Denver. After years of valuable experience as an architectural designer she changed directions, becoming a professional full-time Realtor. Katie's background in architecture provides clients with unique and professional insight to help them make their own informed decision. She is devoted to listening intently and she intuitively communicates throughout the process. As a long-standing marathon runner, she understands the value of consistency, hard work and reliability when working towards a goal. These same values direct the commitment she offers clients. With a tendency toward perfectionism, a focus on detail and a love for helping people, she thrives in the industry. Katie and her husband live in North Denver where they enjoy trail running, exploring local restaurants and an active life in their community.
