Kaitlyn Gwaltney

Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Kaitlyn graduated from Matoaca High School and Longwood University. Kaitlyn worked in the medical field for 6 years before deciding she wanted to shift her compassion and dedication to helping others in a different direction. After attending a training course that Ben Rogers was instructing in 2016, her interest sparked in joining The Rogers-Long Team. The RLT excitedly brought Kaitlyn on to collaborate with buyers and sellers due to her humility, her inner drive to succeed, and most importantly, her fun-loving attitude. Kaitlyn is known by her clients as a caring professional ready to go to work on their behalf.

Since joining the RLT Kaitlyn has won several awards. In 2017 she was awarded the Hometown Realty’s Rising Star Award. In 2018 Kaitlyn received the Hometown Realty’s Century Club Award, Home Building Association of Richmond’s Bronze Sales Volume Excellence Award and received Hometown Realty’s “Treat People the Way You Want to be Treated” Award.

In her spare time, you can find Kaitlyn spending time with friends and family or playing outside with her dog, Moose. Kaitlyn and her husband, Matthew, welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Lily Grace, in May of 2019.
