Kaitlyn Jones is a Broker at The Braddock Group. She has swiftly made her mark in the local real estate community since moving to Wilmington in 2022. She earned a Marketing degree from East Carolina University prior to moving to the area. Kaitlyn's blend of networking finesse and enthusiasm truly sets her apart among her peers.


Her strong industry connections and marketing expertise have further bolstered The Braddock Group’s reach and presence and contributed to many deals. She is an active member of Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and Port City Young Professionals (PCYP). Kaitlyn is truly a rising star in the real estate community and quickly has become known as a true connector in the industry.
