Kaitlyn is not only an phenomenal realtor but an amazing person! She was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire home buying process. This is our first home and we couldn’t have done this without her. She’s always thinking of others and is an advocate for her clients needs and wishes. This market is crazy, am I right? We met with Kaitlyn on a Wednesday for the first time, saw a house we were interested in on Friday, viewed it Saturday, and put in our offer Sunday. There were 14 total offers - and they had actually already chose what offer they were planning on accepting while they waited for ours to to come in (Kaitlyn had been communicating with their realtor) and the sellers ended up chosing ours (which wasn't even the highest offer on the table) because of how well the contract was all written up! This was the first house we looked at, first offer and we were sold! You can't go wrong with choosing Kaitlyn! ♥️

Kaitlyn was amazing to work with! It is such a competitive market that when we saw a house online, we had to view it fast before it was gone. After several showings and one offer sadly turned down, we found our perfect first home! Kaitlyn helped us make our offer stand out above the rest by recommending a few extra things we can do that others may not and we got an adorable home in Kettering out of 11 other offers!
