Kaleem has been the absolute best throughout this stressful process of home buying. To add to my stress, this process is being done with me being located out of state. Kaleem has kept me calm, focused, & on the side of optimism. If I need to sign a document or reply by a certain deadline & I get busy at work (or too relaxed on the weekends) I get helpful reminders to complete required actions. Due to the pandemic & the fact I'm out of state, we've used what's app for the house tours. It's not as bad as one would think. (Just remember if you conduct a tour via what's app, As With everything there may be technical issues. For those that expect perfection with life.) Kaleem has been great at providing a great descriptions of the house, down to the "gold" flakes seen in a countertop when the light hits just right. And when I ask for an honest opinion about something he gives me one without overstepping his professional boundaries. I'm Extremely appreciative of that. Aside from the houses moving fast (no one can control that), Kaleem has been very attentive to what I was looking for and staying within the area I wanted to stay in. Due to the fast moving market I was consulted prior to him expanding the search location. Kaleem has overall helped me through this home buying process more than I could ever fully explain. I'm not a regular at leaving reviews but this one was greatly needed! Thank you so much Kaleem.

Kaleem Codrington was most professional in listing our home for sale. His follow through and communication was impecable. Could not have asked for more.
