As a property manager at Hines, one of the largest and most respected real estate organizations in the world, Kaleigh has managed Class A buildings with operating budgets exceeding $22 million and capital budgets exceeding $6 million. Kaleigh oversees all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting. Kaleigh also collaborates with the development and marketing teams to ensure the optimal performance and growth of the assets. Kaleigh has successfully increased the occupancy rate, tenant satisfaction, and net operating income of the properties under her management.
In addition to Kaleigh’s property management role, Kaleigh is also a passionate and experienced real estate investor and educator. Kaleigh has built and managed a $2 million+ 19-door rental portfolio that consists of single-family homes and multi units. Kaleigh has also flipped houses with 12%+ returns and renovation budgets ranging from $35k-$120k. Kaleigh leverages her skills and knowledge in acquisitions, development, analysis, and design to identify, buy, and manage profitable real estate opportunities.
