As we live in the UK, we had to find a Realtor who could work with us and guide us through the sale and closing process our property in Davenport Fl.

Right from the outset, we realised that Kam Patel knew his market well and explained to us how he would acheive to sell our property. We thought the whole process would be very complicated but Kam made it so easy and was right with us constantly checking in with us and also making sure all other parties involved were forfilling their roles to close sale.

Kam marketed the property thoroughly and within a matter of days we had an offer we were delighted to accept. We closed the sale 9 days later without any problems or any stress. (Don't forget we did this living in the UK).

I can trully say we received the upmost professional service from Kam and would highly recommend anyone and I mean anyone to approach him if you are thinkinG of selling your property. We also made a good friend from this process!
