Kandi Cogliandro

Beginning her career as a Realtor in 2003, Kandi had the privilege of working with the #1 Realtor in the World at the time for Century 21 Award. The training was phenomenal and led to her success in helping Buyers become homeowners - through her experience working for developers in San Diego. Kandi jumped on the opportunity to move to Northern California when she was offered the position to manage the opening and sell a 52-unit condo-conversion complex in Rohnert Park. During that year in Sonoma County, Kandi met her husband. After years of living back and forth in both Southern and Northern California, Kandi knew it was time to make Sonoma County her home.

Since 2006, Kandi has grown to be a well-known and respected Sonoma County Realtor. She joined Frank Howard Allen in 2007 in Petaluma, and in 2010 served as member on the Board of Realtors for the Petaluma Chapter. During that year she became a mother and needed to be closer to home, so she moved her license to the Frank Howard Allen office in Graton, where she assisted her Broker there with the transition in becoming Zephyr Real Estate, when Frank Howard Allen closed offices in 2013. And in 2018 Kandi was recruited by Coldwell Banker to enhance her very successful career as a top-producing Agent, with the Sebastopol office.

Kandi loves what she does and does it very well. She has strong negotiating skills, excellent knowledge of the inventory and ever-changing market, and Kandi knows country property. She and the team she surrounds herself with, work with integrity and honesty to diligently exceed your expectations. Kandi, her husband (a local and volunteer firefighter), and their daughter all love Sonoma County. Kandi and her family proudly work every day to make our world a better place.
