Kara was born and raised on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, as the 4th generation of a long-standing Lake Winnipesaukee resort she understands and has a strong passion for the Lakes and Mountains of New Hampshire. Her 20-year career in marketing has given her the foundation she needs to market and sell clients' homes. Kara is very passionate about telling the story that a home must tell- the story and Legacy that the seller has and that the buyer can envision for themselves. Kara is the managing partner of The Legacy Home Group- a team formed with a desire to serve their clients at the highest level- and to provide quality, trust, and honesty in that service is what they pride themselves on. In her spare time, Kara is an avid boater, skier, mountain biker, and overall outdoor enthusiast. She is a mom to 2 beautiful children; Kendall and Bode.
