I had had my house for sale for a year with 2 different realtors with no offers and had decided to hold off for a while. Kara had just started in real estate and she talked me into trying again with her. Best decision I could have made. With her, my house sold in 60 days and I got the asking price. With Kara, i knew what was going on at all times. She was thorough and very good. I have the honor of saying mine was the first house she sold. Since then Dave has joined her in reality and they make a great team. If I decide to sell again, they will be the ones I call. Job well done.
