After 2 years of trying to find a home working with a different realtor, we were referred to Kara Schmidt. When I tell you… WOW. Kara is exceptional and for so many reasons. She holds so much knowledge and is a true professional. As first time home buyers, we really didn’t know a lot of the process. From the first step Kara made sure we had a complete overview, and continuously made sure we fully understood each step. Kara made herself available at anytime, would talk over any and all reports sent our way, and went well above and beyond to ensure a smooth process on our end. We never felt rushed or confused. With Kara leading us, I felt so confident that we would get exactly what we wanted - and we did! She professionally handled any conflicts, keeping them out of our hair all while keeping us informed. She actively listened to us, and ultimately we found our perfect home in a quick and timely manner! Truly, we couldn’t be more grateful for her. Highly, highly, recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't think of anything I would change about the way Kara handled the sale of our investment property. The recommendations she gave regarding the renovation and pricing were always given carefully, with a lot of thought and market knowledge. Her communication throughout the sales process was clear, and took into consideration all possible perspectives and outcomes. Plus Kara is just a genuinely great person. Kara is a great realtor. She’s detail oriented, professional, patient and very caring. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped my parents find their home and ultimately helped us to sell it. The house went on the market and the sale was finalized and funded all in less than 30 days. She took care of all the details. She also helped my sister sell her house and did an amazing job for her. You can’t go wrong if you choose Kara to represent you!

I just sold my first flip house (it was actually a tandem house on 2 separate tax lots. It was a a unique sell) and Kara was so awesome through the whole process!
She helped with remodel ideas, walked me through the process and went above and beyond! She answered every crazy question I had in a very timely fashion.
She kept me up to date with all the showings, offers and gave me great advice.
Both units sold fast and she was with us at closing (again, going above and beyond)
She’s a total sweetheart and is extremely down to earth.
Definitely a no pressure type personality.

Kara goes above and beyond for her clients to facilitate both purchases and sales of real estate. We came to her years ago when we were ready to buy our first home, and we knew she was the best agent to contact when it came time to sell the same property a few months ago. She is always efficient and on-the-ball with paperwork deadlines, scheduling inspections and contractors, and whatever else may come up in a process that can normally be much more tedious and complicated than she makes it seem. Kara not only sold our house, but managed all of the small updates and repairs that were required to get it ready to show and that were requested as part of the buyer's inspection report (including identifying vendors, getting bids, and securing services). She provided excellent advice regarding where to set the price and what items we should be willing to negotiate on and our house sold for very close to the asking price. 1000% would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Springfield and Eugene area.
