Karelyn has held a real estate license since 2000. The Kansas City Metro Area is split between two states, and she is licensed in both! Kansas and Missouri!

Karelyn grew up on the Kansas side of the metro and moved to the Missouri side where they live now. Karelyn has working knowledge of both ends of their community and can guide clients in matters of real estate, relocation, investing or selling anywhere in KC!

Tresa collaborates with buyers exclusively, using her expertise to guide & consult her clients to find the right home for the best deal possible! Julie Altenhofen is their Licensed Team Administrator and Transaction Coordinator! She also backs up Tresa to help their buyers find homes! Karelyn loves educating and training their clients! She also trains other agents as a Productivity Coach in her office.
